IMC Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Most merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 7 days with proof of purchase to Instrumental Music Company unless noted below. Instrumental Music Company reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
- There are no returns or exchanges on “discontinued” or “final sale” items.
- A refund excludes shipping fees, if any.
- Cancellations: Cancelled special orders and layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
